LAWYERS ARE EXEMPT FROM PAYMENT OF BUSINESS PERMIT

Lawyering is a profession, not a business. Lawyers are public officers, not traders nor businessmen. Thus, lawyers are exempt from paying business permits.   When I started my first law office around year 2019, I tend to follow all the processes in our municipality. Being the first lawyer in our municipality, the accounting and licensing department were not yet familiar on the required permits, tax payments and other law office-related licensing. Thus, they just followed the usual process for business establishments and required me to pay a mayor/business permit fee. Answer: The owner or lessor of a house can increase the rate up to 11 percent of the current rental fee for lessees paying a monthly rent of P9,000 up to P10,000 based on Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Resolution 1 Extending the Rent Control Act (Republic Act 9653) until December 2020. BOFFO vs VITA ISOLA

The two resorts are located at Sandingan Island Loon Bohol and both offer relaxation and happiness in one’s heart and stomach. However, BOFFO is more affordable and budget-friendly than Vita Isola. BOFFO’s Entrance Fee is ₱200 (consumable for food - meaning the exact ₱200 can be added to your food cost), while Vita Isola Leisure Farm’s Entrance Fee is ₱500/per person - consumable for food. However in Vita Isola, take note that from mondays to saturdays the entire ₱500 will be used/added to your food cost but during sundays only ₱300 will be used or added to your food comsumption (so bye-bye ₱200). In terms of swimming experience, I was not able to use the pool & beach of BOFFO.
